Assistant Sales Supervisor

Salary: 500,000 MMK

Purpose of the Role
The Assistant Sales Supervisor supports the Sales Supervisor in managing daily store
operations, ensuring smooth sales activities, excellent customer service, and consistent
achievement of store targets. This role acts as a bridge between frontline sales staff and
management, helping maintain team performance and store standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Supervisor in daily store operations
• Assist in monitoring sales performance and achieving store targets
• Supervise and guide sales staff during shifts
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries
• Assist in training new sales staff and improving team performance
• Monitor product display, merchandising, and store presentation
• Support inventory checks, stock arrangement, and replenishment
• Help prepare daily sales reports and basic operational reports
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally
• Ensure store cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with company standards
  Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales (supervisory support role preferred)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic leadership potential and willingness to learn
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and good organisational skills
• Basic knowledge of sales reporting and inventory handling
