That’s why we offer a hassle-free exchange policy within 48 hours of purchase, even if it’s due to an error on our part. To ensure a smooth exchange process, kindly remember to bring your purchased voucher with you when visiting our store. Please note that items can only be exchanged for items within the same category and must not have any damages or removed tags. Please note that a service charge of 1000 Kyats will be applicable for exchanges made in our Experience Stores.

We understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations and you would like to exchange it. That’s why we offer a hassle-free 48-hour exchange policy for those who purchase online and wish to return their item to our Online Sales Representatives. It is important to provide our representatives with the name and phone number of the customer who made the purchase to ensure a smooth exchange process. Please note that only the same item can be exchanged and tags should not be removed. The item must also be in pristine condition, free from any signs of wear and tear.

- For deliveries within Yangon city, a charge of 4000 Kyats and packing box charges of 2000 Kyats will apply for two delivery routes, totaling 6000 Kyats.
- For deliveries within Mandalay city, a charge of 6000 Kyats and packing box charges of 2000 Kyats will apply for two delivery routes, totaling 8000 Kyats.
- For deliveries to other cities, a gate fee of 2000 Kyats, packing box charges of 2000 Kyats, and return shipping charges will apply. Please note that return charges must be paid by the customer.

If you’ve ordered online and need to exchange your purchase, we’ve got you covered. You have up to 48 hours to do so, but please inform our Online Sales Representatives in advance with the name and phone number of the customer who made the purchase. Remember, only the same item can be exchanged and the tags must remain attached. Additionally, the item must not have any damage. Please note that there will be a service charge of 1000 Kyats for in-store exchanges.
