Shopping Basics

To place an order, simply select the item you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you’re ready to checkout, enter your shipping and billing information and select your payment method. Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and shipped to you.

We accept all major credit cards, all banking systems.

We typically process orders within 1-3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Shipping times vary depending on your location and shipping method. Standard shipping within the Yangon usually takes 4-5 business days. Other cities’ shipping can take 5-7 business days depending on the destination.

We accept returns and exchanges within 48 hours of purchase. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached. Please contact us to initiate a return or exchange.

Brand Basics

From this FAQ section, we are here to correct all of you to pronounce our brand in a correct way. SISBURMA is pronounced as “es i es burma”.

SISBURMA in long abbreviations and its meaning is Sew is Style Burma. 

SISBURMA started as S.I.S aka Sew in Style in 2016 but then in 2020, S.I.S was rebranded as SISBURMA.

Due to the high demand for all of our products, most of our items have all rapidly sold out.
Our weekly launches create a lot of buzz and gain a lot of attention from our customers as they have widespread popularity on social media. As a result, there is a demand for purchases that quickly deplete the stock available. 

The main reason why experience stores’ displays look like they are running low on stock is because of our display setting. SISBURMA experience stores have the purpose to showcase products in a minimalist, uncluttered way. This type of display can create a more curated and focused experience for customers, which also allows customers to better appreciate the design of each item. We are on minimalist product display strategies that may provide customers a unique and aesthetically pleasing experience.

Franchise Basics

Sisburma offers franchising opportunities outside of Yangon and Mandalay, with the potential to open a franchise in other major Myanmar cities and foreign cities.

Yes, there are basic guidelines for opening a franchise with Sisburma. These guidelines and requirements include:

-The retail space needs to be approved and should be a minimum of 450 square feet.

-The retail space must be leased in a shopping center.

-The retail space should be renovated and set up according to Sisburma’s renovation guidelines and drawing.

-The franchisee must follow Sisburma’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

-A two-year contract term must be applied.
