Purpose of the Role
The Brand Manager is responsible for leading the strategic development and execution of all branding and marketing initiatives in the local market. This role plays a vital role in building a strong and consistent brand presence, aligning local efforts with the principal brand team, and driving market growth through well-executed campaigns and communication strategies. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of local trends, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams.
Responsibilities:
Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual brand strategies and marketing plans to ensure effective market positioning.
Communicate regularly with the original brand principal team to align on direction, updates, and approvals.
Lead and execute marketing campaigns across all channels and monitor their performance.
Localise and adapt global brand strategy to fit local culture, trends, and consumer behaviour.
Maintain consistent brand identity across PR, retail, digital, and offline platforms.
Plan and manage media budgets, monitor ROI, and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
Analyse customer insights and market trends to refine strategies and improve retail engagement.
Prepare and present quarterly brand performance reports to senior leadership.
Train team members on brand values, customer service standards, and brand tone.
Build relationships with media, influencers, and local partners to increase brand visibility.
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in brand management, fashion retail, or marketing.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially in cross-country brand alignment.
Proven track record of successful brand campaigns and measurable results.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
