Marketing Lead – 1 Post

Location: Sisburma Head Office, North Dagon, Yangon
Preferred Gender: Female or Male

The Marketing Lead is responsible for planning and implementation marketing strategy effectively. This includes campaign planning, content development, digital performance, collaborating with creators, event partners, and media. This position is important in building brand awareness, community engagement, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
-Develop and execute creative and data-driven marketing campaigns.
-Manage social media accounts with a clear brand voice.
-Plan and lead offline and online promotional activities such as pop-ups, launch events, influencer collaborations, and cross-promotions.
-Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to refine brand strategies.
-Coordinate with sales, design, and content teams for seamless campaign execution.
-Track performance data and share insights with the Assistant General Manager to improve future plans.

Qualifications
1 or 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in fashion, youth, or lifestyle sectors.
Thinks creatively but moves fast with execution.
Understands both offline and digital marketing.
Bonus: experience working with events, KOLs, or entertainment.
