Key Responsibilities:
* Store Operations Management: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence in customer service.
* Sales & Performance: Monitor store sales, and implement strategies to achieve revenue growth.
* Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise store staff to maintain high performance and professionalism.
* Administration & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of store expenses, reports, employee schedules, and compliance documentation
* Inventory & Merchandising: Manage stock levels, product displays, and store layout to enhance shopping experience and maximize sales
* Marketing & Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute in-store promotions, events, and brand activations.
* Reporting & Analysis: Track store performance, customer feedback, and market trends to improve store strategies.
* Compliance & Store Standards: Ensure all store operations comply with company policies, safety standards, and visual merchandising guidelines.
Job Requirements (JR):
* Diploma or Certificate in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Proven ability to drive sales and enhance customer engagement.
* Experience in fashion retail is a plus.
