Job Description
-Develop and implement effective online sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
-Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
-Manage and optimize the online sales platform, ensuring product listings are accurate and up-to-date.
-Work closely with the marketing team to develop online campaigns .
-Coordinate promotions, discounts, and other marketing initiatives to boost online sales.
-Monitor and improve the customer journey, from website navigation to order fulfillment.
-Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly to maintain a positive online shopping experience.
-Supervise and motivate the online sales team to achieve individual and collective Sale target.
-Provide training and guidance to enhance the team’s skills and productivity.
Job Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree
-Proven experience in online sales management.
-Strong understanding of Myanmar’s local market and consumer behavior.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
-Familiarity with online sales platforms and market trends.
-Leadership experience in a sales or related role.
