Senior Trade Sale

Key Responsibilities:

-Identify and approach potential retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new trade partners.

-Provide excellent customer service to ensure partner satisfaction and loyalty.

-Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for products.

-Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.

-Become an expert on the features, benefits, and unique selling points of the local brand products.

-Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

-Provide feedback to the Sales Manager regarding market conditions and opportunities.

-Process and manage orders efficiently, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.

-Coordinate with warehouse team to optimize transferring processes.

-Collaborate with trade partners to optimize product placement and visibility.

-Implement merchandising strategies to enhance the brand’s presence in stores.

Job Requirements (JR):

-Minimum Grade – 11 Pass.

-Proven experience in trade sales, preferably in the consumer goods industry.

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

-Ability to effectively communicate the brand’s value proposition.

-Proven ability to negotiate and close deals with trade partners.

-Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

-In-depth understanding of the local market, including consumer behavior and industry trends. -Familiarity with the retail landscape in Myanmar.
