Warehouse Assistant Manager

Salary: 1,000,000 MMK – 1,200,000 MMK

Purpose of the Role:
The Warehouse Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations,
ensuring accurate inventory management, and supporting smooth product flow from inbound
to outbound across all Sisburma stores.
This role plays a critical part in maintaining stock accuracy, operational efficiency, and timely
distribution, supporting the company’s retail expansion.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and
  dispatch
• Ensure smooth coordination between warehouse, retail stores, and inventory teams
• Maintain clean, organized, and efficient warehouse layout
• Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels and records
• Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and audits
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies (shortage, damage, overstock)
• Plan and coordinate timely delivery of products to stores
• Ensure correct allocation and transfer of stock across multiple locations
• Optimize processes to improve speed and reduce errors
• Maintain proper documentation and reporting systems
• Improve warehouse processes for better efficiency and cost control
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational standards
• Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily tasks
• Monitor team performance and provide training where needed
• reports directly to the Warehouse & Operations Manager
  Job Requirements
• 2–4 years experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management
• Strong understanding of stock control and warehouse systems
• Good leadership and team management skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Strong proficiency in Excel and inventory management systems
• Ability to work under pressure and handle large stock volumes
