Purpose of the Role
To manage and grow Sisburma’s online sales channels by optimising customer experience,
supervising the online sales team, and driving revenue performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of online sales channels (Facebook, Website, Marketplace)
- Supervise and train online sales team members
- Ensure fast and effective customer responses and order processing
- Monitor sales performance and implement improvement strategies
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for smooth order fulfilment
- Analyse customer behaviour and sales trends
- Handle customer complaints and service recovery
Requirements - 1-2 years experience in online sales or e-commerce
- Strong communication and customer handling skills
- Leadership and team management ability
- Basic knowledge of digital platforms and tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
