Key Responsibilities
•Lead day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting and forecasting.
•Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
•Manage cash flow, banking transactions, and general accounting activities.
•Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.
•Provide management with clear financial insights to support strategic decisions.
•Supervise and guide the finance and accounting team to achieve departmental goals.
Requirements
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline (LCCI/ACCA preferred).
•Minimum of 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
