Sales Executive

Salary: 800,000 MMK
Preferred Gender: Male/ Female

Purpose of the Role
The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing the overall sales performance of Yangon
stores, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting business growth. This role works
closely under the guidance of the National Sales Manager to implement sales strategies,
improve team performance, and achieve company targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor the overall performance of all Yangon stores
  • Work directly under the National Sales Manager to execute sales strategies and plans
  • Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across Yangon locations
  • Supervise store teams to ensure high standards of customer service and sales
    performance
  • Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights for improvement
  • Coordinate with Visual Merchandising and Marketing teams to optimize in-store
    experience
  • Ensure stock availability, proper replenishment, and inventory control in collaboration
    with warehouse team
  • Handle operational issues and provide effective solutions to improve store efficiency
  • Conduct regular store visits and performance evaluations

Job Requirements
Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in retail sales or store management
Strong leadership and team management skills Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
