Purpose of the Role
The Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading and supporting the sales team to achieve store
and channel sales targets. This role ensures strong customer service, effective team
performance, and smooth daily sales operations while maintaining brand standards and driving
revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the sales team in daily operations
- Monitor and ensure achievement of sales targets and KPIs
- Train, coach, and motivate sales staff to improve performance
- Ensure excellent customer service and in-store experience
- Manage inventory display, merchandising, and stock control
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues professionally
- Prepare and report daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance
- Coordinate with other departments (operations, marketing, warehouse) when needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and store procedures
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual standards
Requirements - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven mindset with target-oriented performance
- Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and retail operations
- Proficiency in MS Excel or basic reporting tools is a plus
