HR & Admin Assistant

Salary: 400,000 MMK – 500,000 MMK
Preferred Gender: Male

Purpose of the Role
To support daily HR and administrative functions, ensuring smooth office operations and
proper employee management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Support attendance tracking and leave management
  • Handle office administration tasks (supplies, coordination, etc.)
  • Assist in payroll preparation and HR reporting
  • Support employee engagement activities
    Requirements
  • Must have certificate in HR, Business, or related field
  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
