Purpose of the Role
To support daily HR and administrative functions, ensuring smooth office operations and
proper employee management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support attendance tracking and leave management
- Handle office administration tasks (supplies, coordination, etc.)
- Assist in payroll preparation and HR reporting
- Support employee engagement activities
Requirements - Must have certificate in HR, Business, or related field
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
